Please call us at the spa to schedule for more than one guest, or if you have a gift card.


  • For Essentials to hold your appointment, you accept that your credit card will be charged with a deposit equal to the amount of your service. This charge will be applied towards your balance on the day of your appointment.
  • In case you require to reschedule your appointment, please do it at least 24 hours prior your service otherwise a $35 rescheduling fee will be deducted from your deposit.
  • To cancel a service, you should talk to one of our consultants at least 24 hours prior your service, be aware that emails or voicemails are not acceptable cancellation means. If cancellation occurs within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged for the full amount of your service. This is also applicable for no shows.
  • If a refund is requested, it will be issued in the form of store credit or a gift card – no exceptions.
